Your feedback is important as it helps us improve our service.

If you have been impressed by the care that you or someone you know has received, please let us know. Equally, we welcome comments on how we might improve our service. If you hold any concerns about your treatment or care of a family member please let us know.

The following options are available for making contact with us about a complaint, compliment or feedback:

  1. Complete the Feedback form available at reception. Place it in the Feedback box or leave it with a staff member.
  2. Speak to a staff member or ask for the manager
  3. Phone our Customer Service phone line: 09 238 1299. They can be contacted during AND after hours. A message will be passed onto the Manager to call you back as soon as possible.
  4. Email us: office@handclinic.co.nz
  5. Write to us: The Manager, Counties Hand Clinic, 6-18 O’Shannessey St, Papakura, Auckland 2110
